Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Secure Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the box is securely sealed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
